• Ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable
• All Tickets are systematically checked in the Museum. Any partially printed, soiled, damaged or illegible tickets cannot be accepted.
• Tickets must be retained for the entire duration of your visit to the Museum and can be checked at any time.
• Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in the Museum (except for guide dogs, hearing dogs and registered assistance dogs) and, for the avoidance of doubt, should not be left in any vehicle parked at the Museum. MOTF reserves the right to contact any relevant authority to make and be responsible for any decision in relation to any animals that are left unsupervised or that are found to be in distress.
• All Tickets are issued subject to these Ticket Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
• If Tickets are bought on behalf of other Visitors, the Purchaser accepts these Ticket Terms on behalf of every Visitor.
• To be eligible to purchase Tickets customers must:

(a) be 18 years old or be duly authorized by their parent or guardian; and

(b) be consumers, meant as a person purchasing the Tickets for their own personal use.

• MOTF reserves the right to refuse any access to the Museum if presented with a Ticket that does not comply with The Ticket Terms.
