- Please produce your e-ticket printout for entry into Dubai Ice Rink. This e-ticket must be produced as proof of booking and payment on the day of visit. The credit card holder must be present with their credit card during the time of the visit at the entrance of Dubai Ice Rink. Only VISA and MasterCard payments accepted. Once purchased, e-tickets are only valid for general admission to Dubai Ice Rink, which includes skate hire. This e-ticket may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. This e-ticket does not entitle the holder to any non-complimentary services or provisions within the venue nor is it valid for admission during special events, which require a separate admission charge. Once you have booked your e-ticket, it is non-changeable and non-refundable. Dubai Ice Rink is not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen tickets. No ticket may be resold. If a Dubai Ice Rink staff reasonably suspects that a ticket has been resold, the holder may be refused entry to or asked to leave Dubai Ice Rink without compensation. Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person. Prices are correct at the time of viewing and are subject to change without notification. You must keep hold of your e-ticket during the entire length of your visit as proof of payment. Dubai Ice Rink reserves the right to refuse or reject an e-ticket holder from the venue if, in the reasonable opinion of the Dubai Ice Rink staff, the presence of the e-ticket holder may pose a risk to the safety of other ticket holders, and/or affect the enjoyment of others within the venue and/or affect the normal operation of the venue. All visitors using Dubai Ice Rink facilities are doing so at their own risk and Dubai Ice Rink will not be responsible nor liable for their health or security. Children under 100cms in height must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 years old or over. Please check all opening and closing times before your visit. Opening times are subject to change without notice due to the operational requirements of Dubai Ice Rink, which include but are not limited to, refurbishing, capacity or special events, without any liability to Dubai Ice Rink. If Dubai Ice Rink should close for any reason and for however long, visitors will only be refunded for the cost of their pre-paid ticket, but otherwise Dubai Ice Rink shall have no liability whatsoever including but not limited to, travel expenses or any other out of pocket expenses. Visitors are advised to read and observe all signs and notices at the venue. During busy periods, visitors may have to queue at the entrance Dubai Ice Rink in an orderly fashion as instructed by the venue staff in order to assist with the general visitor flow. Ticket holders are advised to arrive at the venue no later than 10 minutes prior to the session that he/she has booked. Late comers will not be admitted to the venue once their session has expired. Dubai Ice Rink is a non smoking attraction. No outside food and drink is permitted within Dubai Ice Rink premises. This ticket is Non-Refundable and void of altered. This ticket has No Return and No Exchange.
