B2B Entry Tickets are valid on all days of park operation

Tuesdays (except for public holidays) are family days when only women and families will be admitted to the park

Entry gates close half an hour before the closing time of the Global Village

Food and Beverages purchased outside the Park are not permitted inside the Park

Smoking is strictly prohibited except in officially designated smoking areas within the Park.

A ticket is not valued if the code has already been scanned, has been tampered with or is out of date

Wheeled devices (for example roller skates, skateboards, bicycles, and scooters) are not permitted for use inside the Park unless such items are rented inside the Park

Guests are responsible for their own belongings. Global Village is not responsible or liable for any personal item that is lost, stolen or damaged.

Children aged under three (3), senior citizens over the age of sixty-five (66) and holders of People of Determination ID cards and one companion, can enter Global Village free of charge.

Each entry ticket grants entry for one person only with no right of re-entry.

Your tickets cannot be cancelled once the booking is confirmed although your tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Animals/pets are not allowed inside the Park
