Terms & Conditions:
- Combo meal is only valid in conjunction with an entry ticket to the park and cannot be redeemed separately.
- The confirmation should be submitted at the information desk to collect the combo meal wristband.
- We reserve the right to verify your identity, so please bring original government photo identification (e.g. driving license), or the credit card you used to purchase the ticket.
- Menu restrictions will apply, and the combo lunch will only be available at limited F&B outlets. Please ask in Park for more details.
- The combo lunch includes an entitlement to a drink (fountain soft drink or selected bottled water). Combo lunch must be redeemed during your visit to the Park.
- The entitlement to a combo lunch is personal to you and may not be shared with another guest.
- The combo meal entitlement is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you do not use your combo meal during your visit to the Park, it will expire.
- Combo lunch is to be only available at Mamma Rosella, Officer’s Food Quarters or Il Podio. Menu restrictions apply; please ask in Park for more details.
- Guests aged 11 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult, holding a valid admission ticket.
- Children aged 3 and under can enter the Park for free. Government issued photo ID may be required as proof of age.
- You may not bring food or drinks into the Park.
- You must comply with ride rules and follow our instructions in the Park.
- Height and safety restrictions apply.
- Guests may not be able to experience all rides.
- This ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This ticket is void if altered or damaged.
- Certain rides, attractions, shows or outlets may be unavailable during your visit.
- Admission and use of the Park is at your sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained in the Park. We may deny admission or remove you from the Park for any reason.
- Small Locker & Souvenir Towel Combo.
- Please note that the locker rental is only valid in conjunction with an entry ticket to the park and cannot be redeemed separately. The confirmation can be redeemed at the Guest Services Desk.

- Your souvenir towel is yours to keep.
- Please note that the lockers are situated either in the male or female changing rooms.
- In the unlikely event that we have no lockers or towels available, we will offer you a refund for the cost of the locker rental or towel. You will not be entitled to a refund for any other expenses such as Park entry, travel costs, or accommodation.
- We reserve the right to remove your belongings from the locker if required for security reasons, or where items are left overnight.
- Unclaimed items at the end of each night will be treated as lost property.
- The lockers are not appropriate for the storage of high value items.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have properly secured the locker.
- We exclude liability for loss or damage to your belongings arising from use of our lockers.
- Please keep your locker key safe. If you lose it, please speak to a member of our Security staff who will assist you. This entitlement is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Add ons purchased fraudulently, or from an unauthorised third party are void, so please only purchase from reputable sources.
