• Timings may vary during Ramadan; no alcohol will be served on live days.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip will be fully refunded.
• Cancellations within 48 hours are 100% chargeable.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Kids Policy

• Infants (under 3 years) enter free of charge.
• Children (3-10 years) are chargeable.
• Children over 10 years are charged as adults.

Note: During Ramadan (starting from 2nd March 2023), certain activities such as Belly Dance and alcohol service will not be available. Entertainment will be limited to the Tanura and Fire shows.
